Lodge Surgery Health Routes, Chippenham, Wiltshire
Developed by Dr. Tom Heath, one of the surgery’s GPs, the Lodge Surgery Health Routes map includes two peaceful walking routes which help residents and patients explore local parks and the surrounding countryside.
Inspired by other Green Health Routes projects, the community map is being used by the surgery’s health staff to encourage patients to be active in nature for their own health and wellbeing.
