Guys and St Thomas’ is a large teaching hospital in central London offering a range of acute and specialist services. The hospital joined the NHS Forest in 2013 when they planted trees at Guy’s Hospital
Six native trees were planted on the site near London Bridge, and will help to green our site in the coming years. They were planted near our new Cancer Treatment Centre, which will deliver the best in cancer care when it opens in 2016.
In 2020, 12 NHS Forest trees were planted, sponsored by the Great Outdoor Gym Company.
In 2024 30 NHS Forest trees were planted at their Specialist Rehabilitation Centre paid for by the Nature for Climate fund and another 120 were planted at St Thomas’.
