Louth Wellbeing Centre has a large grass area which could be developed into a woodland wildlife area for patients, visitors, staff and the wider community. The garden area is a clay-based soil and the introduction of more trees will help to support the drainage of this area and overall management of rainwater at the site.
We also have a wellbeing centre in Grantham which could also benefit from transforming an underutilised section of the rear garden area.
In 2024 St Barnabas Hospice planted 300 NHS Forest trees.
