The Royal Free Hospital is a major teaching hospital in Hampstead, London. It provides a range of specialist services including oncology, liver and kidney care. It joined the NHS Forest in 2014 when it took part in planting two trees at 2pm for NHS Sustainability Day.

In 2021, the Royal Free hospital received funding to set up a rooftop garden in the intensive care unit to provide a space to improve staff wellbeing.
