Priority House joined the NHS Forest in November 2021, after putting in a bid with the NHS England volunteering fund to create a wildlife garden to be used by staff, patients and visitors.

The hospital hopes to work with Kent Wildlife Trust to create a wild space that all can enjoy for relaxation and also for their occupational therapy teams to run green space therapeutic sessions with patients.

They planted 24 NHS Forest trees in 2022.
