Milnrow and Newhey Medical Centre

This new medical centre houses two GP surgeries. It is opening in 2023. The surrounding landscaping has been designed to promote biodiversity and encourage wildlife. The site will create a wildflower meadow and plant a selection of native trees and woodland species.
To encourage community involvement, the developer is approaching local schools, clubs and organisations to support the planting and landscaping. This will include building bird boxes, making seed bombs and planting native hedgerows.
