Grantown Health Wood is managed by Grantown-on-Spey Medical Practice, a GP surgery in the Cairngorms National Park. Adjacent to the health centre, the woodland measures around 50m by 150m. Site caretakers have cleared dangerous trees, improved drainage, added a circular path and a connection path to the wider woodland area. They are adding seating areas and working on a wetland area.
The NHS Forest donated 35 saplings in 2021 which were planted in the woodland.
