Cae Felin CSA (community supported agriculture) is a start up fruit and veg farm on land leased from Morriston Hospital. The purpose is to provide fruit and veg boxes to members, and also to provide, promote and develop social wellbeing, biodiversity and social prescribing for hospital staff, patients and local residents. They joined the NHS Forest in summer 2022 and planted NHS Forest trees in early 2023.

290 more trees were planted in winter 2024 by a mix of volunteers including people from Swansea University Tree Society, Kingsway Surgery and Llangyfelach Primary School.

They hope to establish a 2-acre nature reserve, a conservation food forest and a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) market garden for therapeutic volunteering opportunities for patients, staff and local residents.
