Budleigh Salterton is a community hospital with a range of services including a stroke unit, physiotherapy and occupational therapy.

The hospital joined the NHS Forest in 2010 when it took part in the BBC’s Tree O’Clock event, planting one field maple (Acer campestre) and one oak tree (Quercus).
