This form is for expressions of interest in planting upwards of 500 trees. For smaller NHS Forest tree orders, please visit the tree bundle or orchard pages. We are now taking expressions of interest for fully funded NHS Forest trees for your healthcare site to be planted between November 2024 and March 2025. We are only able to supply trees to NHS sites in England at this time. Please ensure you have consulted with relevant teams within your organisation to ensure you are able to plant trees on your site. We aim to supply trees to all sites in England that request them. Trees will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We hope to offer trees to sites outside of England in the future. If you have any questions, please email info@nhsforest.org
This form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. When completing the form it will be helpful if you already have an idea about where you would like to plant trees and the rough area of that space.
Once you have submitted your interest we will be in touch to discuss your order and take further details as required. Our tree planting in England is funded by the Trees Call to Action Fund and Nature for Climate Fund. Trees Call to Action was developed by Defra in partnership with the Forestry Commission and is being delivered by the Heritage Fund whilst Nature for Climate was developed by Defra with support from the Forestry Commission.
