Start/end: Guisborough Library
Accessibility: Mostly paved and well-surfaced paths. Some road crossings. Overgrown grassy ground in woodland area. Likely suitable for people with limited mobility, but may be unsuitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs due to uneven and overgrown sections.
About: A short but interesting walk from the town centre into local community woodland, with opportunities to spot wildlife.
How to get there:
· Take a bus to the town centre (5 or 5A) or walk from nearby.

Easy Access Guisborough Walkway

2. Easy Access Guisborough Walkway

1 km | 20 minutes | Easy
Start/end:
Guisborough Forest & Walkway Visitor Centre or Windlebridge Roundabout bus stop
Accessibility: Flat, wide, firm surfaced trail suitable for most wheelchairs, pushchairs and mobility aids.
About: A short, inclusive trail with benches, ponds, trees and a children’s play area.
How to get there:
· Park at the Guisborough Forest & Walkway Visitor Centre
· Walk 5 minutes from Windlebridge Roundabout bus stop to the visitor centre.

Gisborough Priory

3. Priory town loop

2.9 km | 20~30 minutes | Easy
Start/end: Gisborough Priory
Accessibility: Mostly flat and wide paths; suitable for most walkers, wheelchairs and pushchairs.
About: A gentle loop through the town and wooded areas, featuring historical sites including the priory.

· Take a bus to the town centre (5 or 5A) or walk from nearby.

Start/end:
Guisborough Forest & Walkway Visitor Centre
Accessibility: Wide gravel paths with some uneven and muddy areas after rain. Includes some steep slopes; likely not suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs.
About: A relaxing loop with forest bathing prompts, rest stops, ponds, and wildlife. Clearly signposted from the visitor centre.
How to get there:
· Walk: 30 minutes from Guisborough town centre
· Arriva 5 to Windlebridge Roundabout bus stop, then a 5-minute walk to the visitor centre.

The Garth Surgery walk

5. The Garth Surgery Walk

6.5 km | 2 hours | Moderate
Start/end: The Garth Surgery
Accessibility: Moderately challenging walk through town and forest including stairs and hills; likely not suitable for most wheelchairs and pushchairs.
About: This walk begins in Guisborough town centre, passing through a residential area before entering the forest. Public toilets are available in town, along with local supermarkets.
How to get there:
· Walk from anywhere in Guisborough or join the path along the route.
· If coming from Middlesbrough or Loftus, take the 5 or 5A bus to Guisborough High Street (alight at The Ship stop).

Start/end: Guisborough Forest & Walkway Visitor Centre
Accessibility: Steep and rocky sections make this walk likely to be unsuitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs. Supportive footwear such as hiking boots is recommended.
