In 2022, the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) celebrated its 70th anniversary. To mark this event, RCGP partnered with the NHS Forest to offer bird cherry trees to its members across the UK. 100 GP surgeries took them up on this offer, and between them they have planted 218 trees, offering a burst of spring blossom for patients, staff and neighbours.
