Ladybridge Hall is the HQ of the North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust. They joined the NHS Forest in 2022 and planted 40 trees across the Trust. In early 2023, they planted a further 10 trees at ambulance stations in the north west and in late 2023 they planted a further 30.
The green space across service’s estate varies in size and biodiversity. Staff are working to improve access and encourage the use of of its green space, especially in more urban areas, to support employees’ mental and physical health.
Some of the trees received from the NHS Forest will be planted in loving memory of colleagues who have been recently lost.
