The Campaign for Greener Healthcare has set up a Steering Group to help provide forestry, healthcare and community advice for each site involved in the NHS Forest and to facilitate the overall running of the project.

The following partners are involved in the Steering Group: Natural England, the Forestry Commission, the Woodland Trust, British Trust for Conservation Volunteers, the Small Woods Association, the Mersey Forest, a GP, a representative from both the Yorkshire and Humber Strategic Health Authority and the Department of Health, and The Campaign for Greener Healthcare.

We meet at least twice a year and have so far discussed the initiation of the pilot phase, agreed the business plan for the main stage, the nature of the Guidance Pack and Letter of Agreement to be sent out to all Trusts involved in the project.
