Sites and Supporters

The NHS Forest has over 200 sites and corporate and charitable supporters. To identify where your nearest NHS Forest estate is to get involved in tree planting, to utilise the site for rest, relaxation and exercise please view our map or to find out about our range of projects. We have a number of companies who are supporting the NHS Forest. One long-term supporter is the Great Outdoor Gym Company (TGO), who have chosen the NHS Forest as one of their tree planting charities. TGO have sponsored more than 4,000 NHS Forest trees and pledged a further 300.

Axis Group have also joined as a new supporter, committing to plant a tree for every new employee it recruits from February 2021.

We have recently been awarded funding from the Government's Green Recovery Challenge Fund, for our Green Space for Health programme, including 10,000 trees for NHS sites, support for our site-based Nature Recovery Rangers and for outdoor wellbeing sessions for health staff. The Green Recovery Challenge Fund was developed by Defra and its Arm's-Length Bodies. It is being delivered by The National Lottery Heritage Fund in partnership with Natural England, the Environment Agency and Forestry Commission.

Charitable Supporters
