Great Ormond Street Hospital is a world renowned children's hospital in London. They joined the NHS Forest in 2013 when trees were planted on site as part of NHS Sustainability Day.
On the 28th we planted 6 Betula Utilis ‘Jacquemonti’ multi-stem on the roof of our new hospital building called the Morgan Stanley Clinical Building. Though they are a bit bare at the moment we are looking forward to them blooming and being visible from Guildford St as a visualisation of our commitment to sustainability. We hope to install a webcam and bird boxes so that out school can use them for educational purposes.
